M&T Bank Opens Commercial Banking Office in Cherry Hill, New Jersey

CHERRY HILL, N.J.—M&T Bank has opened a commercial banking office in the Woodland Falls Corporate Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey to provide a select range of financial services to clients in southern New Jersey.

The office is staffed by representatives of M&T’s middle market, commercial real estate, wealth advisory services, small business and professional banking, and residential mortgage divisions. The office will provide commercial lending, treasury management, leasing and equipment finance, residential mortgage, and wealth advisory services—and will not accept deposits or provide any retail banking services.

Wealth advisory services, including private banking, are provided by M&T’s Wilmington Trust-affiliated companies and by M&T Bank.

Approximately 10 M&T Bank employees are assigned to the Cherry Hill office, which will have the ability to grow and accommodate a larger staff.  This is M&T’s fifth office in New Jersey, joining the bank’s locations in Princeton, Toms River, Saddle Brook and Metro Park.

“Since opening in New Jersey in 2007, we’ve built a solid base of commercial banking clients in New Jersey. This new office allows us to bring M&T’s strength and experience in a range of commercial banking services to middle market companies, commercial real estate owners and small businesses in Southern New Jersey,” said M&T Bank Regional President Ira Brown.

The new office is located in leased space at 210 Lake Drive East, Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
