ISELIN, N.J.—M&T Bank has opened a commercial banking office in the Metro Park office complex of Iselin, New Jersey today to provide a select range of financial services to clients in multiple counties of Central New Jersey.
The office will be staffed with representatives of M&T’s middle market, commercial real estate, small business and professional banking, residential mortgage and wealth management divisions. The office will primarily provide commercial lending, treasury management, leasing and equipment finance, residential mortgage, and wealth advisory services – and will not accept deposits or provide any retail banking services.
Wealth advisory services, including private banking, are provided by M&T’s Wilmington Trust-affiliated companies and by M&T Bank.
About 35 M&T Bank employees have moved into the Iselin office, which has the ability to grow and accommodate a staff of approximately 60. This is M&T’s third commercial banking office in New Jersey, joining the bank’s locations in Princeton and Saddle Brook.

This new office allows us to bring M&T’s strength and experience in a range of commercial banking services to middle market companies, commercial real estate owners and small businesses in Central New Jersey,” said New Jersey Regional President Paula Mandell.
The new office is located in leased space at 99 Wood Avenue South in Iselin.
