M&T Realty Capital Corporation Arranges $24.5 Million in Financing for a Retail Property in Pennsylvania

M&T Realty Capital Corporation^® has arranged a $$24,500,000 life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 170,614-sf retail property located in Philadelphia, PA.

 At 60% LTV, the 10-year, 3.5% fixed-rate loan is structured, followed by 30-years of amortization.

The transaction was led by Executive Managing Director Donald Pettit and Senior Managing Director Kevin Collins of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Philadelphia, PA office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Senior Relationship Manager Michael DiSanto. Mr. Pettit also serves as the program manager for M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s life insurance company and CMBS financing programs.
