Janet M. Coletti, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Relations Officer, recently announced plans to retire from the company.
Coletti spent 35 years at M&T. She began her career in 1985 as part of M&T’s Management Development Program, a college recruitment program which began in 1983 as a route into the bank for talented college graduates.
She was named Executive Vice President for Human Resources and appointed to M&T Bank's Management Committee in 2015. Prior to that she served as the head of Business Banking, a role she assumed in 2010. Coletti has also held numerous positions in retail banking and retail operations, and provided support for several bank acquisitions and conversions.
A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, Coletti received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics. She is a member of The Roycroft Campus Corporation, the Bank Administration Institute (BAI) and the National Program Development Committee of WNED-TV.
