D. Scott Warman is a Senior Executive Vice President at M&T Bank, where he oversees the bank’s Treasury Division, including Asset / Liability Management, Funding, Investment and Derivative Portfolio Management, Capital Markets Foreign Exchange Trading and Sales.

Warman also serves on a number of corporate committees, including the Asset / Liability Committee, Wilmington Trust Investment Committee and the Capital Management Committee, which he currently chairs.

He has more than 27 years of experience in banking and has held many positions within the treasury division. Prior to joining M&T, he worked at the Federal Home Loan Bank in New York, evaluating the investment and hedging strategies of the 11th district savings and loans, and also worked as the Derivatives Portfolio Manager at Crestar Bank in Virginia.

Warman is a trustee of the UB Foundation. He is also a permanent member of the National Asset Liability Management Association (NALMA), and is an active member of a privately organized Treasurer’s Peer Group comprised of leading banking organizations. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York.
