M&T Bank Announces Winners of Wilmington Small Business Accelerator Program

Amira Radovic received the $5,000 grand prize to support her business Airfamco LLC

Wilmington, DE; June 25, 2026 — Amira Radovic, owner of Airfamco LLC, won the $5,000 grand prize of the pitch competition held June 24 to culminate the Wilmington Small Business Accelerator Program hosted by M&T Bank (NYSE: MTB) in partnership with the Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce. This program aims to equip entrepreneurs with essential skills and guidance to build resilient businesses, drive economic growth in Wilmington and create generational wealth for their families.

Amira Radovic runs Airfamco LLC (Forever Freeze Co.) guided by her mission to offer premium freeze-dried snacks and ensure more families can enjoy nourishing, shelf-stable food year-round. For every produce snack purchased, Airfamco LLC donates a produce snack to a community in need through its community partners.

The competition was the culmination of an eight-week program launched on May 6. The Wilmington Small Business Accelerator Program focused on business planning, establishing credit, accessing capital, marketing, branding and networking.

Valerie Chinn, owner of A Kidz World LLC, earned the pitch competition’s second-place prize of $3,000. Marcia Boyer, owner of Delaware Mobile Signing LLC, won the third-place prize of $2,000.

The Wilmington Small Business Accelerator Program was offered to entrepreneurs who met the following eligibility requirements:

  • Business located in Wilmington, DE & surrounding towns;
  • Annual revenue of $50,000 - $500,000;
  • Business in operation between 2-5 years; and,
  • Principal owner must be 18 years or older.
