BUFFALO, N.Y., Oct. 26, 2017 -- M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE: MTB) ranks highest in small business banking customer satisfaction in the Northeast region, according to the J.D. Power 2017 U.S. Small Business Banking Satisfaction Study released today.
The study, which was conducted between June and August 2017, includes responses from 8,378 small business owners or financial decision-makers who use business banking services. M&T ranked first in the Northeast region with a score of 815 out of a possible 1,000 points, exceeding the Northeast region average by 33 points.
