M&T Realty Capital Corporation^® has arranged a $15,000,000 life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 18,761-SF mixed use property located in East Rutherford, NJ.

At 45% LTV, the 15-year, 2.6% fixed-rate loan is structured, followed by a 15-year amortization.

The transaction was led by Managing Director Rob Kelly of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Philadelphia, PA office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Senior Relationship Manager Lisa Hart.
