M&T Realty Capital Corporation^® has arranged a $15,000,000 life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 208,658-SF office complex located in Rochester, NY.

 At 73% LTV, the 10-year, 3.5% fixed-rate loan is structured, followed by a 25-year amortization.

The transaction was led by Managing Director Rob Kelly of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Philadelphia office, in collaboration with Commercial Senior Relationship Manager Lisa Plescia of M&T Bank’s Rochester office.
