M&T Realty Capital Corporation® has closed a $33,000,000 Freddie Mac Optigo® Conventional Loan for the refinance of a 365-unit multifamily property located in Laurel, MD.
At 40% LTV, the 20-year, fixed-rate loan is structured, followed by 30 years of amortization.
The transaction was led by Managing Director David Eisemann of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Baltimore office, in collaboration with the Baltimore office of M&T Bank.
