M&T Realty Capital Corporation^® has arranged a $28,000,000 life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 190,000- SF office complex located in Wilmington, DE.
 
At 65% LTV, the 10-year, 4% fixed-rate loan is structured, followed by a 25-year amortization.
